About the service
My Plumbing Connection is an independent connection and marketing service operated by Digital Atlas. This website is not a plumbing contractor, does not employ plumbers, and does not itself inspect, quote, schedule, or perform plumbing work. We may receive compensation when calls are connected to participating independent service providers.
Provider availability
Provider participation and coverage vary by location, ZIP code, service type, and availability. A call connection, appointment, estimate, or service is not guaranteed. The phone line may be handled by third-party call-routing or tracking systems.
Independent providers
Any contractor or service provider you speak with is independent and responsible for its own services, representations, pricing, scheduling, licensing, insurance, and work. Before hiring, verify applicable licenses and insurance, obtain written estimates where appropriate, and agree directly with the provider on the scope and terms of work.
No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, this website and its connection service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant or guarantee provider availability, workmanship, response time, price, or outcome. Any agreement for plumbing work is between you and the independent provider.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms as the website changes. Continued use of the website after an update means you are using the current version.
